CTT - Entanglement Tester
INTRODUCTION
Through advanced software and the optical measuring principle of the CTT-YPT, accurate tests can be made at high speeds. The system includes easy-to-use software with high precision graphics showing actual profile pictures of different yarn sections. With the special software, it is possible to view the entanglements in the yarn in short or longer sections. The system provides a statistical report as well as graphical reports which eliminate any doubt about the results.
Operation
High speed production testing, continuous testing, and entanglement strength (integrity) tests are offered. Also, the yarn's elongation at the test tension is reported.

Package changer available as well as other CTT test options.
