ELASTOMERIC

Constant Tension Transport with Electronic Servo Drive (CTT-E) is a dynamic test instrument that is available as a mini laboratory for yarns. With its interchangeable test modules, the CTT-E can run more than 10 tests on the same instrument for all natural and synthetic yarns as well as technical yarns such as aramids, carbon, glassfiber and spandex. With this versatility along with its dynamic test principle that will test every section of the yarn, the CTT-E offers the ability to eliminate high cost of running trials on actual production machines before the yarn is sent to the next textile process.

LH-125 FAK-SE

The Elastomeric Option for the FAK-Sampler knitting machine allows for the testing of elastomeric yarn in different configurations.

The FAK-SE system has two separate controls. One for the elastomeric yarn and one for the base yarn. The ability to control these yarns separately is essential for quality control and evaluation of the yarn.

The FAK-Sampler has already been used by leading elastomeric yarn producers, R&D Laboratories, University laboratories, manufacturing development centers and government agencies.

EYF POSITIVE ELASTOMERIC YARN FEEDER

LH-455 EYF

Lawson Hemphill Elastomeric Yarn Feeder, EYF is developed as positive yarn feeding device for the CTT-E instrument when testing elastomeric yarns for unwinding tension, elongation, draw ratio or pin friction.

The EYF is compact in size and it can be placed on the side or top of the CTT-E depending on testing needs.  It can accommodate most standard elastomeric yarn packages.
